each sport and of accompanying persons - please fill the questionnaire placed at www.lsdzalgiris.lt and send the print by fax: + 37052753334
15th May, 2010: deadline for information of the names, sex, date of birth of the participants and data of arrival to/departure from Šiauliai
- PAYMENT 15th March 2010: payment of 50% of the total amount corresponding to the number of registered persons (including accompanying ones). Day of arrival at the latest: final payment
- OTHER If you arrive with less participants than registered on February 15th, 2010 - 50% of the cost for the number of missing persons will be charged

15 mai 2010 : dernière date pour fournir les informations avec les noms et date de naissance des participants ainsi que les autres données relatives à l'arrivée/ départ de Šiauliai
- PAIEMENT Avant le 15 mars 2010 : paiement de 50% de la somme totale correspondante au nombre de personnes enregistrées (y compris les accompagnateurs) Dernier paiement au plus tard le jour d'arrivée.
- AUTRES Si vous venez avec moins de participants que ce qui avait été enregistré avant le 15 février 2010,50% des frais pour les personnes qui ne sont pas venues ne seront pas remboursés.
